Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Pinkish colour, bubbly white-pink foam head and aroma of honey, flowery, fruity berry hint. Taste is sweet, honey, floral, hibiscus, tangy, and with some tartness. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, sweet honey finish. Nicely drinkable.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 04/02/24. Light bubblegum pink with a faded crimson cap that dissipates to bubbles. Nose is honey, floral, light pink berry esters, sugars. Taste comprises honey, perfume, sugars, pink berry sherbets, straw, hedgerow. Medium bodied, light and subtle prickly carbonation, semi drying close with a lick of alcohol. Sips easy for the 12% ... pleasant enough Mead without becoming too 1D.

25/12/2023. Bottle bought from Northumbrian Gifts. Shared with family Christmas Day. Pours sparkling pale pink with a short lasting frothy white/light pinkish head. Aroma is flowers, honey, berries, sweet tropical edge. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, lightly sticky mouthfeel, well carbonated. Went down well.
