Perry met de geur van aromatische perenbloesem met in de smaak hints van honing, honingdauwmeloen en vlierbes. De perry is gemaakt volgens de champagnemethode, ofwel de Traditional method.
Elegast maakt Perry van voornamelijk stoofperen. Hard en oneetbaar op zichzelf worden ze zacht van smaak en bloemig van geur bij fermentatie. De van nature aanwezige onvergistbare suikers houden deze Perry licht zoet en daarmee zeer toegankelijk.

Sample thanks to minutemat, cheers Mat! For #rgpm. Clear pale golden colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of pear, floral, fruity. Taste is pear, fleshy, slightly tart, fruity, floral with light acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry peary finish. Quite drinkable.

75cl bottle. Pours a clear pale gold. Floral nose. Quite floral to taste, some elderflower notes, clean, refined.. good spritz.. interesting perry, mild syrup.. decent!
