Sample thanks to minutemat, cheers Mat! Golden colour, bubbly white head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, fruity, funk. Taste is tangy, slightly tart, sweetish, apple, juicy, fruity, funk, barnyard hint, with straw, some acidity and alittle drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle from Spar, Llanwrst. Thankyou Spar. Pours a mid-gold colour with a fine mist. Aroma of musty cider barn on an Autumn morn. Flavour profile is a mixed bag, assorted foraged apple varieties none of which jump out as being cider apples, some fleshy moments, ripened hints, muddled sweetness whilst remaining very dry with a mild acidic finish.
