Panda thanks to Cloin: Poured an orange carbonated with a white bubble ring head. Aroma is tannin, leather, apple peels, woodsy earthy. Taste is sweet forward, fresh cut apples, light tannin. The taste is a bit surprising based on the nose.

24/1/2024. Bottle shared by Colin, cheers! Pours clear pale straw gold with a few small bubbles. Aroma is mucky, juicy apple, vanilla. Quite sweet, light tartness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Muckiness fades. It’s fine.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Bright orangey gold colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, fleshy, mucky funk hints. Taste is sweetish, fleshy apple, fruity, zingy, slight funky, with some balanced acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry fruity finish. Nicely drinkable.

Panda at home thanks to Colin. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a small white head. Aroma is semi sweet, juicy apple, woody notes, brown sugars, little funky notes. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, fizzy apple, tart green apple, gint of funk, Palate is crisp and tart, fizzy carbonation.

Bottle at home, from Cat In A Glass online, 30/12/23. Clear golden with a decent frothy white cap that settles at the edge. Nose is crisp apples, tannins, icing sugar, herb, straw. Taste comprises bitter sweet apples, hay bale, light acidic tickle, tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Decent refreshing number.
