Panda thanks to Cloin: Poured a golden with faint white bubbles. Aroma is apple, leathery, peels. Taste is apple skins, woodsy, almost tobacco like bite, tart and dry.

24/1/2024. Bottle shared by Colin, cheers! Pours clear pale golden with minimal head. Aroma is tart apple, straw, funky dusty notes. Moderate sweetness, tartness and body. Low carbonation. Very dry to start, sweetness developed to finish. Enjoyable.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Clear golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, juicy, fleshy. Taste is apple, tangy, fleshy, mucky funk, plastic, band-aid, some tartness and drying earthy tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Panda at home thanks to Colin. A clear bright golden yellow coloured pour with a short lived fizz. A dry tart fixxy pear, plastic, woody funk, super crisp. Flavour is composed of tart and dry, horsey funk, barnyard, woody apple pips. Palate is tart, some tannin, dryish finish. light carbonation.

Bottle at home, from Cat In A Glass online, 30/12/23. Clear light golden with a fast escaping white head. Nose is hedgerow, apple core, light funk, barnyard notes, fusty wood. Taste comprises apple skins, tannins, oak, orchard wood, vinous, light funk, just a whisper of acidity. Medium bodied, limited carbonation, light drying close with a tangy edge. Decent farmhouse fayre.
