Bottle at home, from Cork and Crown, 30/12/2025.
Copper pour topped with a white crown that dissipates to the edge.
Nose is apple pulp, sugars, caramel, light vinous notes.
Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, tannins, vinous, toffee apple notes.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close.
Decent and full of flavour if running a touch sweet for my liking.

750ml bottle from Temple Cider. Sparkling, orange gold colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, fruity, funk, leather. Taste is sweetish, tangy, apple, fruity, woody, funky, leathery, with some bitter orange notes and tannins. Medium bodied, foamy carbonation, drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
