US Pint can (as Brut, no mention of 'Bay') from a Trader Joe's. Poured into a La Chouffe stemmed tulip glass at my daughters in Laguna Hills on 29th July 2025. Very pale, urine yellow/blonde, no head but plenty of carbonation bubbles. Dry Cooking Apples!

Can from Bill's Liquor Market, Los Angeles. Pale golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, fruity. Taste is sweetish, apple, fleshy, fruity, pineapple notes, white wine, with some light acidity. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart finish. Nicely drinkable

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours hazy gold with a slight white head. Aroma is fruity with green apple skin. Med body, nearly. Flavor is tart/astringent green apple skin with something unusual I can’t place. Very, very dry. Good cider.
