Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 04/02/24. Almost clear golden orange with a thin off white cap that departs edgewards. Nose is herb, apple skins, funk, wood must, straw, light floral notes. Taste comprises tangy apples, apple core, light funk, farmyard nip, tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid stuff.

750ml bottle from Wildflower. Hazy pale golden colour, foamy white head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, wood barrel, fruity, funk. Taste is apple, tangy, fruity, wood, oak, barrel notes and funky, earthy, with drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light soft carbonation, dry funky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
