Panda at home many thanks to Ed Danlo for the antipodean cider whales. A clear greenish gold coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is semi sweet, fresh crisp apples, apple pulp, white sugars. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, crisp and tangy green apple, twist of yuzu, green citrus, pinch of salt. Green jolly rancher, pineapple. Palate is sharp and tangy, crisp, highish carbonation. Really nice.

24/1/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is fruity, apple, caramel, vanilla, apple pie, funky edge. Medium sweetness with moderate bitterness and tartness. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Enjoyable.

750ml wired cork bottle from Brady's Lookout. Opened with a pop. Clear yellowy gold colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, fruity, light funk. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, fruity, funk hint, white-wine notes and earthy bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
