Bottle. Golden color. Plums, citrus, oak. Vinous notes in the aroma. Dry, citric flavor with plums, oak, vanilla. Vinous. Moderate but persistent sourness. Hint of white pepper. Nice!

Nicely sour, with a lot of plums, grapes and white wine. Refreshing, flavourful and not too light. Barrel aging left the beer with a lot of woodyness, quite dry.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with no head. The aroma has notes of brett, lemons, and straw. The flavor is sour with notes of lemons, rhubarb, brett, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

Tap at La Pirata. Nose is floral orange, sweet, some green grape, some fizzy tablet . Palate is less floral, but still some clove. Not bad, a bit of a weird mix of flavours.

Bottle. Color: Hazy orange golden, thin white head. Aroma: Sourish, white wine, hints of Brett. Taste: Funky Brett, sourish fruity notes of grapes and hints of plums, white wine. Vinuous, over medium sour, tart. Oak, dry-ish mouthfeel. Medium body, soft carbonation. Another nice La Calavera beer.
