Can picked up at the brewery. 7% now. Mostly clear dark brown. Slim fairly dense beige foam. Nose has vanilla and cocoa. Some slightly ashy notes. It’s decent in that it doesn’t artificial. Taste has some sweetness but also a decent earthy bitterness. Drinks easy enough. Earthy bitterness to finish with a smidge of cocoa sweetness.

On tap at Ebenezers, Nantwich. Pours almost black with a small cream head. There’s chocolate and honeycomb in the aroma. Chocolate again in the mouth alongside roasted malts and hints of vanilla and dark fruits. Slightly sweet at first but some bitterness comes through later, leading to a slightly sharp and dry finish. This is a decent porter.

Tap at Craft & Berry, Sheffield. Gluten Free. Black brown colour, thin beige foam head and aroma of rich chocolate, malt, caramel, coffee. Taste is sweet, roasty malt, dark chocolate, caramel, vanilla, with earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, chocolatey bitter finish. Nicely drinkable
