500ml bottle from Ross on Wye online. Pressed Oct 2022, Bottled Nov 2023. Batch F22. Hazed orange golden colour, bubbly white foamy head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, fruit, juicy, funk. Taste is sweetish, tangy, tart, apple, fleshy, fruity, with some pip and core, earthy funk, and drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
