500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Golden colour, short-lived thin white head and aroma of perry pear, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, fruity, perry pear, floral, woody, with some citric acidity and light tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying acidic peary finish. Nicely drinkable.
