Our Vintage cider fermented from locally sourced apples and blended with a fermentation of impressively tall stalks of rhubarb from Brechin.

The rhubarb adds a silky-smooth golden elixir of rhubarbiness to the fresh appley cider, then finishes with a dryish landing - delicious.

Bottle from Hatton Crook Deli. It pours clear blush pink with a tiny fizzy rim. The aroma is fresh and vibrant, summer fruits, red apple, strawberry, red apple, rose wine, Turkish delight and some apple crumble. The taste is crisp, dry, clean, quite vibrant, touch of tartness, puckering, light acidity, juicy, crisp, red fruits, strawberry, rhubarb, red apple, light sherbet, refreshers and pink love hearts with a dry, fruity finale. Medium body and fizzy, effervescent carbonation. A classy number. Very wine like.
