20/12/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale golden with minimally bubbly head. Aroma is honey, lightly woody, caramel, vanilla, hints of bourbon. Quite sweet with mild bitterness. Medium body, smooth, sticky, low carbonation. Nice sipper. Liked it.

Panda thanks to Ed. A clear pale gold yellow coloured pour with a small halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, woody honey, paint, vanilla, oak tannin, harsh alcohol. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, oily, rounded vanill beans, oaky wood, banana chew, golden syrup, warming alcohol, Palate is medium sweet, rounded, full bodied, oily, still. Nice.

350ml bottle from RAD beer. Golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of honey, bourbon barrel, vanilla. Taste is sweet, honey, vanilla, booze, with bourbon barrel caramel and coconut hints. Syrupy mouthfeel, full bodied, low carbonation, sweet boozy finish. Nicely sippable.

On tap at Generation Craft Ashford 2023. Clear pale gold colour. Honey aroma. Light on the bourbon. Pretty smooth. Not much bourbon. Yep sweet but quite fruity.
