This Methode Traditionelle style cider is born out of the love of cider making and it’s endless opportunities for the variety and diversity of of the most humblest of fermented thirst quenchers. A blend of Russet, Red Devil, Bramley & Michelin. Fully fermented with wild yeast & carefully blended. Primed to 1005sg with yeast & sugar, refermented then gently riddled and hand disgorged. Topped up with a 7 month matured sweet chestnut barrel blend.

750ml bottle from Cider Vault at Fram Ferment. Hazy orange gold colour, thin white foam head and aroma of apple, fruit, floral, orchardy, light funk. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, fleshy fruity, citrus, wood, vanilla with hint of leathery funk and mellow drying acidity. Medium bodied, light soft carbonation, dry finish. Well balanced, nicely drinkable.
