375mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma has a nice expression of wild yeast, leather, and crusty bready malt. Flavour is much the same, with balsamic vinegar, acetic notes, wild yeast, and earthy, bready malt. Finishes leathery, toasty and sour. The lambic character in this is not that prominent other than imparting some wild bugginess. Good but not exquisite.

Aus der Flasche im Sommer 2023 getrunken. Dieses mahagonyfarbene Ale kommt mit einer feinporigen, beigen Schaumkrone daher. Am Gaumen überrascht eine recht milde Säure und schöne dunkle Beere-Früchte. Die Fasslagerung bringt dazu deutliche Eichenaromen ins Glas. Ein tolles Sour Ale!

Dark brown colour with thin lacy head. Sharp aroma, almost vinegary but there's caramel and dark fruit too. Nice balance of sweet and sour

Bottle at Tripel B in Torino. Deep reddish brown. Lovely aroma of red fruits, vinegar, funk, oak, sour, juicy, a bit lemony, cobwebs. Great stuff.

On tap at Zythos Pours brown with short foamy head. Aromas of balsamic vinegar, dark caramel, and dark fruit. Flavors follow same.
