Butelka przeleżakowana 7 miesięcy po dacie ważności. Ciemna barwa, piana mniej intensywna niż w wersji Bourbon, beżowa, szybko opada do obrączki. W aromacie wyczuwalny nuty kawy, ciemnego chleba, gorzkiej czekolady, w mniejszym stopniu melasy . W smaku mocno czekoladowe, nuty chlebowe schodzą na dalszy plan. Goryczka na niskim poziomie, alkohol mniej przyjemny niż w wersji Bourbon rozgrzewa przełyk. Zdecydowanie gorzej ułożone niż wersja Bourbon.

Sample@Ølfestival København 2018 - pours dark brown to black with a tan head. Roasted and sweet malty with chocolate, caramel, rum infused wooden notes in play, full body, warming roasted malty finish.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ DØE - Ølfestival 2018 ] @ Lokomotivværkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Golem Lilith Rum Barrel-Aged ].Unclear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, beige to light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, roasted, chocolate, light cherry - plum. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, dark malt, roasted, light cherry - plum, some vinous notes, light sour, malt bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180602] 7-4-7-4-14

Bottle (from koht auction). Pours black with small brownish head. Aroma is sweet, roast, coffee, caramel, malt, vinous notes. Flavor is sweet and bitter, roast, coffee, malty, vinous, some hoppiness. Overall: ok, doesn't say particullary rum barrel, more like general vinous barrel.

Bottle at KØ18. Mild chocolate aroma. Black colour. No head. The flavour has a sweet chocolate note. Not much barrel character.
