440ml can. Jet black colour with minimally late awakening, average, thick, dense, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, tan head. Roasty, slightly ashy and chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of Belgian chocolate, roast, rust, burnt coffee, iron. Taste is bitter, roasty dark malty and mildly bitter hoppy, notes of Belgian chocolate, burnt coffee, metallic overtones. Slightly creamy-oily texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously dry palate, fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation. Quite rich and intense for its low abv, rather bitter as well - pretty good.

0,44l can at home. BB 03/2029. black color, medium big tan head. smells roasty, soapy, toffee, bit smoky, coffee, light lactose, peppery. very nice smell. light body, soft carbonation. tastes coffee, roasty, toffee, earthy, tobacco, nutty, subtle almonds. finishes dry and light to medium roasty bitter with notes of toffee, coffee and earthy notes. very nice one, very bold flavours, obviously the body cannot back up the flavours, but here the finish is rather short and abrupt, but overall this is lovely

Draft sample @ Ermitage St Gilles.
