Had this as Maine Lager, whose old review I accidentally deleted. Can from my parents: Pours amber with a white head. Aroma is Caramel and bread. Taste is lightly bitter, sweet (caramel). Easy to drink but nice body.

Draft at Bar Harbor Beerworks in Bar Harbor, Maine. Clear gold color with a decent white head and good retention. Very good lacing. Pretty straight-forward lager, but a little on the hoppy side. Pretty mellow.

12 ounce can. Amber orange pour has a moderate sized frothy beige head. Grainy malt nose hints at citrus and toast. Soft light toasted grain malt upfront. Crisp, dry hop finish hints at citrus and spice. Very drinkable.

Can pour into shaker pint glass from Cigarette City. Appearance is clear amber with no sparkle, 1/2-finger width fizzy white ephemeral head and no lacing. Aroma is light caramel malts, lager yeast. Taste is bread and fruit (apple, peach). Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, a nice enough quaff but won’t be particularly memorable.

Light copper coloured body with a bronze glow and a thin off-white head. Aroma of metal, light malt, earth, flowers and hints of English hops along with some pungent toffee. Medium-bodied; Strong earthy malt flavour with a nice balanced hoppiness and some subdued caramelized sugars. Aftertaste is clean with some sweetness and a faint earthy malt note. Overall, a pleasant beer with nothing harsh and a smooth sweetness at the end. Nice to sample, especially on the train, given it’s simple to drink from a can! I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased two days ago from New Beer Distributors in New York, New York on 19-June-2015 for US$2,25 sampled on the train from New York to Washington on 21-June-2015.

From a can at first its bubbly and quite smooth. Then a little ale peaks its ugly head up but its not quite ugly, just a little appalling. Same with the finish, just good ol decent tasting beer with enough of an attitude to let you know its an ale. On the same level as Cismontane Citizen California Lager but not as good as Widmer Brothers Columbia Common.

Pours a dark amber from a can, a few floaties. Smells like sweat and sex. Flavor is a caramel, piney bittersweetness. Thin mouthfeel. Meh.

Can 355ml (from USA, brwed 01/2015)
Amber color, small/medium-sized steady white head, some lace. Very light malty nose. Light to medium-bodied. Harsh, citrus hoppyness. Ryeish maltyness is quite light. Feels kind of unbalanced.

Northeast Bucket List Trip Beer #57. Keg at the hotel bar. Pours a clear copper with a large creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of caramel malt, herbal and spicy hops. The taste is toffee malt, toasted malt, snappy herbal hops. Medium bodied, well balanced, crisp.
