Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is citrus, some spices, grass, herbs and mild toffee tones. Flavour is grassy, herbal, toffeeish with some mild citrus and mild earthy elements. On the refreshing side of things.

Bottle split with James, 01/07/17. Lightly hazed pale yellow with a well presented white head. Nose is lemon drizzle, straw, grains, light herb. Taste comprises faint melon notes, lemon rind, straw, floral bite, light herb and spice, grains, hint of bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent refreshing saison with a decent depth of flavour for the ABV.

750ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, fluffy, moderately lasting, well lacing, snow-white head. Slightly strawy, wheaty and fruity aroma, a touch of banana, hints of green apple, gooseberry, white grapes. Taste is slightly herbal-spicy, hints of rosemary and ginger with a minimally soapy touch, wheaty banana basis, a minimally funky touch, fruity hoppy overtones with a touch of white grapes and green apple. Light and easy drinkable, maybe minimally overspiced for its light body.
