Flørt er ein djuprosa, musserande sider. Han er halvtørr og har dempa duft av friske epler, morellar og kvite blomar. Flørt er frisk og leskande på smak, og smakar av modne epler og søte morellar, med eit hint av mandler og ferske fiken.

Eple & humle, Gladmaten dag 2. Fra 0,75 flaske: helt klar og vakker rødfarge med kort skum. Lett perlende munnfølelse med epler og moreller i utsøkt kombinasjon. Frisk og smakfull, om enn litt kort i avslutningen.

Softgusher. Huge fizzy shortlasting head, clear reddish color. Aroma is strange sour-ish floral, smoked weeds, apple cores, hay, minerals, fruit stones, paper, bark, overripe apples, alcohol, hints of red berries. Taste is slightly harsh sour-ish floral, fruit stones, smoked weeds, unripe apples, grass, apple cores, paper, alcohol, flowers, bark, hay, unripe red berries. Medium bitterness, harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel, fizzy carbonation. Better try again...

Bottle, 75cl. A clear looking dark red drink with some bubbles and a nice carbonation. Apple and berries in the aroma, with some strange almost smoked notes. Some candy. It's medium bodied, with a decent carbonation. Some faint acidity. Cherry and red berries, some apple and apple cores in the flavor. Meaty apple finish with red berries. Quite dull and not very pleasant this one. 241117

750 ml bottle, from the cidery. They were really sold out of Flørt for the season, but I got this lone unlabelled bottle they had left. Clear pink to red colour, moderate carbonation, no head. Aroma of apples and morellos. Semi-dry flavour of Rubinstep apples and morellos.
