Not really a solid hefe. But drinkable.
Hazy golden pour and a fine head.
Moderate intensity in the aroma
Mellow sweetness and a decent carbonation level.
Wheat, fruity, some yeast and mild citric flavor
[Can – bought at source]

330 ml can, from Birk Bryggeriutsalg, Klepp. ABV is 4.7%. Hazy pale straw colour, huge white head. Pleasant aroma of citrus. Medium sweet flavour of citrus, a hint of vanilla. Medium bitter aftertaste.

Can @ home. Slightly unclear golden body under a big white head. A bit weak in aroma, hint of fruit and coriander. Taste is light and smooth with pale malt, mild citric fruit, some coriander and wheat with yeast. Medium body with moderate length aftertaste. Not bad, but not particular interesting either. Perhaps closer to an American wheat than german.hefe. Easy drinkable rather neutral taste.

Bottle. Its an almost clear one, golden in color, with a small white head. The aroma is rather yeasty and chalky, with generic fruityness and some bready pale malts. It's medium bodied and quite dry on the palate, softly carbonated, and with a decent bitterness. Yeast, chalk, pine cones, generic fruityness, white bread and some grains in the flavor. Some banana hints in the very end. Quite awful this one, drainpour. 211231
