This American IPA, amber in color and translucent, has a medium body. The aroma highlights the citrus and resinous notes of Zeus and Centennial, which harmonize charmingly with the tropical and fruity touches of El Dorado, Idaho 7, Vista, Eukanot and Mosaic. The aromas mix, releasing a tempting dance of citrus, pineapple, mango and a subtle touch of pine reminiscent of the mountain landscape.
The sensation in the mouth is of a beer with medium body, creamy thanks to the contribution of rye. The mouthfeel is of a medium-bodied, creamy beer thanks to the contribution of rye. On the palate, we highlight the resinous and piney notes that do not resemble the classic IPAs; these notes intertwine with a base of subtle fruity notes from modern hops. Ray enhances the flavor of hops, creating a more balanced and complex taste profile.
A classic IPA with a subtle touch of modern hops that you’ll love!
Malts: Barley malt and rye malt
Hops: Zeus, Centennial, El Dorado, Idaho 7, Vista, Ekuanot and Mosaic.
Triple Dryhopping: Zeus, Centennial, El Dorado, Idaho 7, Vista, Ekuanot and Mosaic.
