Named for a Polish port on the Baltic Sea. This big baltic porter was brewed with a Vienna, Munich, and roasted malts. Hopped with Styrian Goldings and fermented with our house lager yeast, then conditioned for 4 weeks. Roast aromas blend with dried fig and plum with a pleasant warming alcohol sensation.

16 oz can from “ The Haus “. Thanks to S & L. Massive carbonation on a dark brown liquid. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, mild nuts, and soft mineral character. Flavor has deep, rich malts. Fig, nuts on top of Cocoa powder and pumpernickel bread. Almost a honey hint also. Exquisite Baltic Porter!

16 ounce can from Jenkintown brewery. Barely translucent dark brown color. Pillowy tan head. Subtle roasted malt aroma. Big roasted malt flavor upfront. Notes of dark chocolate, treacle and dark dried fruits. Tasty.

Tap at Prague Beer Fest 2024. Blackish-brown body, off-white head. Green apple and light honey along with pleasant roastiness in the aroma. Lean, dry, sharp taste, smokey, honeyish notes, roast, nice malt profile mostly, but too bitter.
