Draft - Riddiculously sweet maple. Jet black with a decent brown head. Sweet maple, some burn sugar and a long sweetness.

Nice light brown slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is sweet, maple syrup, dark sugar, dark malts, toffee, caramel, minerals, vanilla sugar, chocolate. Taste is slightly sweet and dry roasted, maple syrup, roasted grain, toast, minerals, burnt caramel, cocoa, hay, bark, toffee, chocolate pudding, alcohol, oak. Medium bitterness, dry roasted mouthfeel. Nice.

Tap at Rbabarrab, Copenhagen. Poured a clear dark brown with a round bubbly off white head. The aroma is unmistakably maple syrup. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet with a rich smooth sugary caramel fudge toffee palate. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation. Very nice but 18+ Euros for a 20cl glass? Who are they kidding? Someone thinks their beer is worth a whole lot more that it really is. I think I finally reached my "craft beer limit". If the breweries carry on like this there will only be one conclusion.

From tap. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma is maple syrup, roasted malty. Lingering dark malty and solid roasted. Maple syrup and dense malty. Lingering dark mqlty and sticky maple syrup.

Tap at brewdog. Pours black with brown head. Aroma is sweet, vanilla, maple, caramel, doghnuts, roast. Flavor is sweet and bitter, maple, roast, vanilla, chocolate. Covers alcohol well. Overall: silly, but i really like it.

Keg @ BBB. Viscous black pour with a small creamy mocha head. Very pleasant roasted malts, maple & bilberry nose. Light bitter chocolate & soil. Sweet, bitter, slightly sour, malty & fruity taste. Soft, round, slightly astringent & slightly tart mouthfeel. Solid... nice maple presence. Fairly berry tart.
