Draught @ Pivni Rozmanitost. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of light malt, rye, sweet tropical fruit, little citrus. Flavor is sweet, little malt, light rye, sweet fruity hops, juicy tropical fruit, peach, mango, light citrus. Medium body, average carbonation sweet finish. 310326

Med-full cereal body, med-light carbo, lacking bubbles. Highish bitter, with a sharp grassy hopburny edge. Med-light sweet. Medium general fruitiness, light chlorophenolic element. Feels nonclean, kinda hard to drink. Average.

Justičná Tasting, shared can. Hazy yellow color with medium head. Aroma of malt, citrus hops, tropical fruits, banana esters. Taste is tropical fruits, zest. Medium malty body.

Can 0.5l. Hazy, gold colored. AROMA- juicy, citrusy, tropical fruit. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly bitter, creamy and flavorful, citrusy, tropical fruit, peach, exotic. Medium bodied. Very nice NEIPA.

Tap at sedm°. Murky, opaque yellow-orange body, off-white head. Herbal, somewhat earthy aroma, mild pineapple, vague paint. There's a fantastic touch of pineapple juice in the taste, but with mild earth and sadly, something my mind's defining as paint. Tasty in some ways, and a bit odd in others. All in all, TamTam is currently the most exciting new Czech brewing project started in 2024 I guess, props for that!
