Superdelic + Talus NEIPA
Collaboration with the Spanish brewery Oddity Brewing. We looked for the most distinctive New World hops and selected New Zealand’s Superdelic and American Talus. The fusion of ripe tropical fruits, especially mango and papaya, with sweet berries and citrus tones led by grapefruit with subtle woody notes of sandalwood and pine resin.

Spolupráce se španělským pivovarem Oddity Brewing. Hledali jsme ty nejvýraznější novosvětské chmely a vybrali novozélandský Superdelic a americký Talus. Spojení zralého tropického ovoce, zejména manga a papáji se sladkými bobulemi a citrusovými tóny v čele s grapefruitem se prolíná s jemnou dřevitostí santalu a borovicovou pryskyřicí.

# 4164; 4/2024. Zesty, grapefruit, malty, coconut aroma. Hazy yellow body; persistent lacing off-white head. Zesty, grapefruit, resiny, mango, coconut, peach. Excellent and very bitter, hoppy NEIPA. 0,4 l, draught, craft-beer pub, Pilsen (Bohemia, CZ).

Tap at sedm°. Misty, full yellow body, creamy off-white head. Smooth sweet coconut-perfumey aroma, light onion. Juicy coconut and peach taste, bit of popcorn, bit herbal. Simple, and very tasty! Some winners in this round of new NOZIBs!
