Collaboration with Maraska.
Tamno, snažno, desertno pivo infuzirano kominom i sokom višnje maraske. Proizvedeno u suradnji s Maraskom Zadar. Voćnost maraske udružena sa sladnim aromama kave i čokolade. Limitirano izdanje.

0.33l bottle, shared with Ales. Aroma of sweet and sour cherries, caramel and chocolate. Pours cloudy almost black color with thin quickly diminishing tan-like head. Taste starts medium sweet roasted malty and caramelly with sour cherry note, following is earthy and leathery, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is mild bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Less than expected…

Brlog Majstorica Maruška Style: Baltic Porter ABV: 10% Bottle, 0.33l. Murky, muddy brown pour, lots of yeast floating around the glass. Thin soapy beige head, short lasting, minimal lacing on the glass. Nice on the nose, bready, light roasty, cherry liquor notes lingering in the background. Medium body, soft to medium carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, slightly fizzy, chewy, some creaminess to it. Goes down nicely. Balanced bittersweet taste, slightly liquory. Aroma of toasted caramel, cherry candy, liquor. Roasted malt, cocoa. Bready notes, subtle chocolate. Slightly warming alcohol. Medium lasting finish, dry and roasty. Slightly lighter then expected but quite tasty nonetheless. Enjoyable.

330ml bottle thanks to Marko pours out cola brown topped with a small sand head. Nose was dog treats but as it opens up cherries pop and some rich roast. Taste is more of light cherries some chocolate rich roast.

Bottle from Pomalo, shared with BuckeyeBoy, djoeye, Kamila and Vojta. Murky brownish-red body, off-white head. Maraska and some maltiness, dog treats in the light aroma. Light taste, caramel and light Maraška. Fun, but I hoped for more punch. Love the concept though!
