Imperial Stout 23% tentokrát s obsahem alkoholu 10,15%! Při výrobě jsme použili mj. 10 druhů sladů, mezi nimi např. pražený ječmen, pražené žito a praženou pšenici. Vařili jsme ho tradičně společně s kamarády z pivovaru Máša. Výsledkem je plná chuť opět s tóny hořké čokolády.

Tap at the brewpub with BuckeyeBoy. Pitch black body, off-white head. Lean dry cocoa and woody aroma, some sweetish berry too, bit oily. Lean, dry taste, cocoa, roast, roasted hazelnuts, bit oily, ending bitter, some tannins. Not bad, a sipper, but can't see myself drinking more than 0.25.

On tap at the brewery with Marko pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice sweet chocolate some jammy berries pitfruit and black licorice. Taste is more of the rich roast malts chocolate black licorice coffee.
