Tento kyseláč má podobný základ, jako náš Sunshine, ale že se blíží ty Vánoce, udělali jsme ho silnější. Z ovoce v něm naleznete jablko, hrušku a broskev, které je doplněné vanilkovými lusky a skořicí. V aroma vyčnívá skořice a ovoce, kyselost je pak spíše menší, aby Žemlovka zůstala dobře pitelná. Vánoce v lahví jak vyšité!

From tap @ Opapa. Head is big, white, good retention. Colour is pale gold, hazy. Aroma is light sour fruity, cherries, pears, spicy, bread pudding. Taste is medium malty base, bread pudding, cherries, apples, spicy, decent bitterness, medium carbonation, very good, fully enjoyed.

Hazy yellow orange color with white head. Aroma of cinnamon, apple, pear. Taste is liquid Zemlovka cake.

Bottle 0.75l, more than one year aged. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- really žemlovka or štrůdl - apple and cinnamon, pear, apricot, sour tones. FLAVOR- smooth, lightly sweet, moderately sour, slightly bitter, nice developed sour tones, apricots, lightly apple and pear, cinnamon. Medium to fuller bodied.

Sample from keg at Automat Matuška, Prague. Hazy look. Cinnamon on the nose and cinnamon and apple pie on the taste. I googled the dessert and yeh, I guess they got this spot on. However, the combo with sourness and beeriness just feels confused as hell.

Tap at Zil verne. Interesting. Very similar to Zichovec's Vanocni hruska. The most prominent flavours here are med-high pear and medium cinnamon. Light stone fruits and hint of vanilla further round it out. Hops/malt/yeast in the background. Actually kinda faintly evocative of žemlovka. Med-thin body, med-high carbonation. Medium sourness, medium sweetness. Quite good.

Tap at Beergeek Bar. Hazy golden body, white head. Huge cinnamon and apple aroma. Light, sour, soft taste, cinnamon and sweet apple again, light vanilla perhaps. Yup, they almost nailed this one I would say, a very tasty fruit & spice beer!
