Can, 0.5l. Muddy brown/amber pour, two finger creamy off-white head, long lasting, very good retention. Sticky lacing on the glass. Nice on the nose, cinnamon, ginger, hints of honey in the background. Light lingering spiciness. Light to medium body, soft carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, soft, chewy, easily drinkable. Nicely balanced bittersweet taste. Aroma of anise, cinnamon, ginger. Mild honey, candy, spices. Interesting liquory aftertaste. Mild stickiness. Medium lasting finish, sweet, light lingering spiciness. Interesting and quite solid brew.

Limenka 0,5L - kupljena u Kauflandu PŽ - Goodara je opet dobra. Anis je tu, nastavlja se cimet pa sladna nota i to sve zaokruženo s dovoljno gorčine. Palac gore i za pjenu, koja kao i kod portera, dosta dugo ostaje na pivu.

Can, huge thx Riba! Spicy aroma, anise on a creamy malty background, cinnamon rounding it up. Sweetish, quite lean taste, orange, light spice, bit creamy, ending bitterish. Tasty stuff!

0.5 l can, courtesy of Marko, shared with him. Hazy amber, small off-white head. Moderate aroma of spices, star anise coming out first, cinnamon follows. Nice touch of caramel and dried fruit underneath. Medium body, some tartness, some astringency from the spices. Nice red fruit background, some caramely sweetness. Quite tart, a bit too spicy, lasting finish. Slightly off-balance, not bad.

Canned 500ml. -from local Kaufland. Murky brown coloured, medium sized beige head, light caramel nose. Toasted malt, caramel, wheaty, light fruity, christmas spices and mild touch of anise in the finish. Not bad.
