0.33l bottle, I reckon from Edi's personal archives - enormous thanks! Missed it when it initially came out, managed to get it some months ago. Lightly hazy brown body, traces of an off-white head. Lightly oxidized caramelly aroma, dried fruit by all means, mostly dates and raisins. Lean, dry taste, raisins, dust, brown sugar touches / vague caramel, traces of dried berries, floral-soapy-herbal hoppy notes, before it ends mildly bitter. 2020 ratings note stickiness, it's dried out pretty much completely by now. Imperfect but impressive in some ways!

Bottle, 0.33l. Deep amber pour, no head. Minimal lacing on the glass. Heavy malt nose, strong sugar and caramel notes. Syrupy, sweet, quite liquory. Full body, lively carbonation. Soft mouthfeel, thick and oily texture, really nice on the palate. Taste is pretty much on the sweet side with boozy bitter aftertaste. Malty aroma, toasted caramel, molasses, sugar, syrup. Herbal spiciness, dried fruits, figs. Wood notes. Medium to strong alcohol presence, not cloying, good balance. Lingering burn on the tongue, dry. Nicely warming. Long lasting finish. Tasty.
