New England IPA Cashmere Cryo + Citra Phantasm Powder
Moon Lark is one of Poland's newest craft breweries, quickly establishing itself as one of the most progressive and interesting breweries. Together with Paweł, we designed a recipe for NEIPA hopped with Cashmere Cryo and Citra, we also added Phantasm Powder to the fermentation to release additional aromatic substances.

Moon Lark je jedním z nejnovějších polských řemeslných pivovarů, který se svým přístupem a kvalitou velmi rychle etabloval mezi nejvýraznější pivovary. S Pawłem jsme navrhli recepturu na NEIPA, kterou jsme chmelili pomocí Cashmere Cryo a Citra, navíc jsme do kvašení přidali i Phantasm Powder pro uvolnění dalších aromatických látek.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Tap at NaPalmě. Hazy yellow body, white head. Dry aroma, pineapple and nothing much more. Light, dry, sweetish taste, a bit sugary, vaguely fruity but not defined. Emptier but expected but quite tasty anyway.
