Bottle from O’Brien’s, Athlone [060515]
Straw colour, soft haze, bubbly white head
Aroma of soft orange, light herbal, fresh, no malts, soft nose
Taste of orange, aromatic , quite spicy, light pale malts, coriander, more spicy and peppery when it warms up, touch of alcohol
Palate - Medium carb and body, spicy, peppery. Finish is soft spicy, dab of earthy herbs, getting some bitter alcohol
Overall - Decent enough, perhaps the alcohol a little prominent
