Can. Black with dark brown head. Indeed massive cocoa beans, caramel, roasted malts, toasted coconut, vanilla, soft red berries. Medium sweet, a bit more bitter. Almost full bodied. Lovely! Not pastry but deep roast with a lot of aromatics. Really like this.

440ml can. Pours black with a brown head. Aroma of cocoa powder, chocolate, coconut, caramel. Taste of cocoa, chocolate, caramel, toasted coconut, vanilla, roast malt, light toasty bitterness but sugary sweetness dominates. Full bodied, smooth.

440ml can. Pours jet black with a large head. Aroma is oily roast, liquorice, dark chocolate and blackcurrant. Taste has dark chocolate and yeasty coconut with tar on the finish.

On tap at Siren Tapyard, Finchampstead, Berks. A black coloured pour with a medium beige head on top. Rich, sweetish, malty, chocolate, caramel, vanilla taste and aroma. Really good imperial stout.
