"Hinny” is a Northern term of endearment for a woman or child. Our hazy pale ale is blonde with juicy tropical and citrus flavors, and hints of pine and black tea. Its well-balanced bitterness and sweetness, along with a soft mouthfeel and full body make for a satisfying drinking experience.

Cask at CPK, Pimlico on 15th March 2024. Thickly hazy amber with shallow white foam and partial lacing. Sweet malts and earthy pungency in aroma. Fruity in-mouth with ripe berries, and a finish of sweet fruits, candied peels and caramel malt, yet becoming increasingly bitter. Full bodied with an engaging texture.

Cask at EBF Nov 23. Aroma is lowest of key. A hint of resin and citrus. Flava has resinous bitterness alongside citrus tartness. Spice. Kinda marmalade but with a lorra bitterness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average prickly carbonation. Long bitter astringent finish. Punchy if basic.
