Half cask at Sheffield Tap. Cloudy golden pour, creamy white head leaves lacing that coats the glass. Fruity aroma, banana, pears. Taste almost recalls a weizen, fruity, banana bread. Abrupt, dry finish.

Cask at CPK, Pimlico on 15th March 2024. Thickly hazy amber with shallow white foam and partial lacing. Sweet malts and earthy pungency in aroma. Fruity in-mouth with ripe berries, and a finish of sweet fruits, candied peels and caramel malt, yet becoming increasingly bitter. Full bodied with an engaging texture.

Cask at EBF Nov 23. Aroma is lowest of key. A hint of resin and citrus. Flava has resinous bitterness alongside citrus tartness. Spice. Kinda marmalade but with a lorra bitterness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average prickly carbonation. Long bitter astringent finish. Punchy if basic.
