2D er ein villgjæra og tørr Pet-nat sider. Navnet kjem av dei to franske dronningane ein kan finne i sideren; Reine de Prés (mjødurt) og Reine Claude d'Oullins (gulplomme). Alt hausta på Eiane Gard. Gjennom vår natur og dens råvarer uttrykker denne urørte sideren vårt terroir.

YG 031124. Golden-orange color with a small white head. Aroma is apple, funk, herbs, grass. Flavor is dry, apple, funk, herbs, grass. Decent cider.

Bottle, 75cl. It's a hazy pale golden orange cider, with a minimalistic white head. Ongoing carbonation. The aroma is lightly funky, with apple meat and peel. Some herbal, grassy notes and a generic fruity touch. It's medium bodied and genlty carbonated, with little acidity. Apple, generic fruit and a herbal touch in the flavor. Medium length finish. Decent, sure, but rather dull. Not much going on here. 241103

Nice fizzy shortlasting head, cloudy yellow-ish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, leafs, flowers, hay, apple peel, minerals, herbs, dusty apples. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, unripe apples, apple peel, sorrel, minerals, grass, leafs, bark, alcohol, paper. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish grassy mouthfeel. Fair enough.

750 ml dark brown bottle, vintage 2023, from the cidery. ABV is 6%. Golden to orange colour, slightly hazy. Pours sparkling with a moderate and shortlived white head. Aroma of apples, yellow plums and meadowsweet. Dry flavour of meadowsweet and apples, hints of yellow plums in the background.
