Our friends at Sall Whisky Distillery made the trip out to Fans to hangout and brew this fruited Belgian Blonde with us. Made with their own Single Farm Prospect Barley, brewed with Barbe Rouge hops, and fermented on Raspberries and Red Currants, 'Blond Bombe' delivers layers of fruit aromatics and flavour.

Bottle. Cloudy amber to golden, golden foam. Berry and citrus, stonefruit. Medium mellow foamy body. Light salt, smoke, hayish peat, berris, stonefruit from the yeast. Well blended together, light perfume retronasal. mellow Cranachan sensibilities.
