Bottle picked up from Markgrafen Getränkemarkt, Deggendorf and consumed at home Friday 15th March 2024, cooking a Seafood Paella and listening to ByteFM. Pours dark brown with a shy and fast disappearing light beige head. Soft mouthfeel, caramel and a deep maltiness, but there is a little bit of a fruity tang (dark fruit). A little sweetness shines through, this sweetness is mainly molasses driven. It's a good beer.

50 cl bottle @ Timo A, BBE 02.03.2015
Aroma has lots of bready malt and rye pudding. Also some chocolate. Flavour has rye pudding, bready tones, semi-dark chocolate and syrupy tones. Man, this is what Laitilan Mämmi should taste like.
