We invite you to explore new beer horizons with this West Coast IPA, crafted with Falconer’s Flight 7Cs hops from Yakima Chief, for the first time in our brewery. Transparent and golden, we’ve fermented the beer with California Ale yeast from Whitelabs, giving it a neutrality that highlights the balance between malt and hops. This convertible Falcon is a delicious ode to citrus aromas, with sparkling notes of grapefruit and orange peel, accompanied by pine resin and that dank touch we love so much in IPAs.

A bit cloudy orange. Bitter, pine, sweet toasted malt, a bit of citrus. Medium bodied. Bitter finish. Solid.

Can from Kvickly Odder @ Home. Pours clear golden with an offwhite head, lacings. Aroma of malt, light caramel, fruity hops , pine. Flavor is light sweet light bitter, malt, little caramel, fruit, little citrus, pine. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish.160824

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear deep golden, small head. Grapefruity nose with spicy bread. Mid dry with above medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Spicy bread, grapefruit and notes of tea. Long bitter finish.

Donkergeel bier met veel schuim wat helaas niet lang blijft staan. Smaak is bitter hoppig met iets veel hars, wat citrus en rozijnen. Heel degelijk bier.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, nectary and some mild sweet malty tones with a bit citrus tones. Flavour is floral, citrus, mild sweet malts and some pine.

ABV: 6.2%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, fruity malt, oat - rye touch, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, citrus, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, pale malt, fruity malt, fruity hops, pine, citrus, hops bitter, oat - rye touch, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20240325]
