Draught@Oulu Craft Beer 2023. Copper colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is dried fruits, some alcohol, mild sweet malts with some toffee. Flavour is dried fruits, some plum, toffee and mild wooden tones with some sweet malts to it. Very nice. But also very dangerous.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, brown-ish, dark amber colour with small, frothy, bubbly, diminishing, white head. Sweet-ish, minimally toasty, malty aroma, hints of marzipan, oaky overtones. Taste is toasty malty, slightly woody and alcoholic; slightly bitter finish with a touch of liquorice. Oily texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft carbonation. Not overly complex, slightly alcoholic - OK.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clear ruby, minimal head. Rainy cognac aroma. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and raisins, honey and vanillaish oak. Warming mildly bitter finish.

ABV: 12.%. Clear medium brown amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, cognac, dried fruit, figs - dates, barrel. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet malt - caramel, cognac, dried fruit, dates, figs, barrel. Body is medium to full, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20240321]

Smell of raisins, whisky, sweet malt. Cloudy brown colour, small beige head. Aroma of whisky, oak, cough mixture, sweet malt, booze, some raisins, finishes with vanilla. Lively carbon. Sweet. Lively carbon.

Bottled at tasting. Poured dark brown in color. Aroma is spot on. Bread, raisins, alcohol and figs. On the boozier, vinous side though to be really enjoyable.

Tap @Fermentoren. Cloudy brownish, small beige head. Malty aroma, dried fruit, caramel, wood. Sweet flavour, fruity, dried fruit with bitter hops, sweet malt. Alc burn and mild wood in the finish. Rough at first and has a weird, mouldy wet wood note later on.

(Bottle, 0.5l - bottled on 12/2021, at Pikkulintu Kontula, 20231102) The beer poured brown and hazy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had raisins, dates, vanilla, wood, prunes and malts. Palate was full bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were wood, raisins, malts, sourness, vineousness and bitterness. Aftertaste had wood, malts and bitterness. Complex and tasty.

0,5l bottle from the brewery. Bottled 12/2022. Bbe 1.12.2025. Light brown, slightly hazy beer with small head. Aroma has malts, caramel, raisins, plums. Flavor has malts, tart berries, barrel and some sweet alcohol twist. Bit weird and messy.
