Bottle.Hazy golden colour with medium white head.Aroma of white wine green apples and straw nice dry and dusty taste medium body and mild Sour finish good by style.

Draft. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of funk, wood, lemons, and spices. The flavor is sour with notes of lemons, brettanomyces, wood, funk, and spicy hops, leading to a tart finish.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 5 March 2024) Pale golden colour with brief, white head. Fruity nose with notes of lemon, unripe pineapple, tropical fruit, grapefruit and a touch of resin. Fruity, tart taste with grapefruit, lemon, gooseberries, biscuits and a fairly low bitterness in a finish with a generous acidity. Medium body, dry. Rich and tasty, with a fresh and generous tartness. Very nice.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear pale orange colour, small head. Arome of fresh, tart pineapple. Citric with medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Pineapple and funky minerals. Some apple and wood. Mildly bitter finish with lingering acidity.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is elderflower, floral, some mild nectar and a bit pineapple tones. Flavour is pineapple, tart wood and some slight acidity and dry wooden tones too. Nicely dry.

ABV: 6.5%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, horse blanlet, barnyard, grapes, oak, sweet white wine, grapes - wine. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, oak, grapes, wheat, barnyard - farmyard, white grapes, white wine, yeasty, funky, medium dry to dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20240222]

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of light sourness, light malt, yeast, tart fruit, white grapes. Flavor is sour, little malt, yeast, oak, tart fruit, grapes, little pineapple, melon. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and acidic finish. 050224

On tap at Mig & Ølsnedkeren. It's an unclear straw colored beer with a small, dense, white head. Lacing. The aroma is very fruity, with citrus zest, gooseberry, a light funk and some pale malts. Crispy green grapes, hints of pineapple, perfumed hints and cedar hints. It's lightly tart on the palate, nicely carbonated and dry, with more or less only fruity flavors. Green grapes, citrus, gooseberry, needle tree wood and some funk. Long fruity finish. A delicious one indeed. 231110
