Nice dark amber color with a fine head. Solid aroma. Medium (+) body and a fine carbonation level. Pleasant acidity and sour level. Dried fruit, bready, oak, some vinegar and a bit vinous flavor. Lasting flavor. Solid stuff.

This is light brown, with a bit of cloudy yeastiness. There isn’t much head. Lots of barrelly, oaky, has a nice whiskey note to lend the aroma some warmth. This has some rich barrelly character, woody, acetic, with sweet brown sugar notes. And there is some fresh, tart, fruitiness. Very good.

375mL bottle, pours a deep dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out a nice mix of balsamic, red wine barrels, some whiskey, and tart dark fruits. Flavour is quite complex, with a nice mix of red wine and whiskey barrels, light balsamic, and tart dark fruits. Dry, woody and only lightly acidic. Very nice stuff.
