Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light Malta and moderate hoppe aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle from SuperBrugsen, Spjald. Very lively, near gusher... Cloudy golden, airy white pillow on top. Yeasty, malty with mild and sweet citrusy notes. Malty flavour, fruity yeast, light tart edge in the finish, but ok. Could do with a little more carbonation.

At Død.Tap golden colour with small white head.Aroma of grass and straw hops and malt mild citrus easy going beer nice and mild finish.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Hazy golden, corse head. Fruity nose with some spicy grass. Sweet with light to medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with bun dough, orange and grass. Mid bitter finish.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some nectary and some mild herbal tones. Flavour is floral, some mild herbal and mild sweet grassy tones. Not the most typical Kölsch, but very cleanly brewed and crisp (thanks to Kölsch yeast probably, used it many times when homebrewing various styles just to see how it works). Tweak the malt and hop profile slightly and it will be more Kölsch. But not a bad beer at all. (If I had to rate it as a Kölsch by style, it would be 4 3 5 3 9)

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a solid, white head. Fruity, yeasty nose - closer to Belgium than Köln. Medium body, dry and fruity with a yeasty edge, lightly sweet. Subdued bitterness. I stand firm: more Belgian Blond than Kølsch. But pleasantly drinkable for what it is. 170124
