Basically as close to the true-to-the-style Berliner Weisse as it can be possible in a craft beer world. Very low pH, very low ABV, nothing 'imperial', but a big bowl of raspberry flesh and juice.

Beatiful clear red. Aroma is raspberry a little strawberry jam light lacto. Fresh leaves. Taste is thin sour berry with bitter berry pips. A bit too thin. Not bad though.

19 May 2019. At SWAFFF!, Brussels. Cheers Anke & Rubin77! Hazy red, big, slowly thinning, foamy, pink head. Aroma of lemon peel, raspberry, redcurrant, unripe strawberry, red fruit jam, wheat, vague ureum unfortunately. Taste is medium fruity sour, lots of raspberries, strawberry on subtle lemon peel & wheat, sweetish red fruit jam in balance with bitter red fruits' seeds, soft doughy malty undertone. Dryish, tart, lemony-wheaty finish, lingering subtle red fruits. Medium body, slick-oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Very enjoyable Weisse!

Tap at De Molen. Aroma: Raspberry, sour. Color: Slightly pinkish red, frothy pink head. Taste: Moderate to medium tart en bitter. Moderate sweet. Minerals, mineral water, raspberries. Just under medium body, average carbonation. Refreshing and light summer beer at the terrace.

Sample draught @ SWAFFF! 2019 Brussels Craft Beer Festival (2nd day) shared with nathanvc and Anke, many thanks. F: thin, pink quick gone. C: shiny red, hazy. A: a lot of raspberries and red berries, bit lactic, fresh fruity. T: nice fresh raspberries, raspberries pits, red berries, bit lemon water, bit puckering, light body and lower carbonation, very good, enjoyed.

Draught, taster. Sampled on the 16/03/2019 at Barcelona Beer Festival 2019, (L´Hospitalet, Spain). Pink colour with a low pinkish head. Aroma is full of raspberry and yoghurt. Nice. Taste is raspberry punch again, some candies and frozen yoghurt. Finish is slightly acidic. Raspberry bubblegum aftertaste. Interesting! Next one please!
