Basically as close to the true-to-the-style Berliner Weisse as it can be possible in a craft beer world. Very low pH, very low ABV, nothing 'imperial', but a big bowl of raspberry flesh and juice.

Draught @ 10th. BBF 2018 [ 10th Borefts Beer Festival 2018 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As AF Brew Raspberry Is My Sanctuary ].Clear light to medium red colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, raspberry, frozen raspberry, raspberry jam, sweet raspberry, raspberry juice. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, raspberry, frozen raspberry, raspberry jam, sweet raspberry, raspberry juice. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival, Day 1. Clear bright reddish color, no head. Smell and taste slightly tart-bitter in a good way, mixed with red fruit (raspberry I presume) and light sweet candy notes. Quite pleasant.
