Basically as close to the true-to-the-style Berliner Weisse as it can be possible in a craft beer world. Very low pH, very low ABV, nothing 'imperial', but a big bowl of raspberry flesh and juice.

Clear copper orange to red beer, no head. Aroma: lovely stuff going on here, lots of raspberry jam, sweetish, very fruity, nice! MF: soft to no carbon, medium body. Taste: lots and lots of ripe raspberries, little sweetish, very fruity, some jam, soft and clean acidity, more fruit, mainly raspberries obviously. Love it!

Sampled from tap at Borefts 2018. Clear, pale red. Sweetish, sourish, quite fruity aroma of raspberry and redcurrant. Just a little sweet, medium sour, rather fruity taste of raspberry, redcurrant and strawberry with a touch of lemon, followed by a short, quite tart and dry finish. Thin body, quite astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Tap at Borefts. Clear beautiful dark pink with small pink head. Lots of raspberries, light milky grains, lactic sourness, a touch of wheat. Almost medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Over light bodied. Nice raspberry but maybe too milky.

On tap at Brewdog Tallinn, pours a hazy dark raspberry red with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out light tart raspberries, a bit of lacto, and a slight medicinal character. Flavour follows the same lines, with lightly medicinal raspberries, moderate tartness, and lacto. A bit too medicinal, but it works okay.
