500ml bottle from Cideronline. Single Variety 6.0%. Orangey gold colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of mucky apple, funky, woody, earthy. Taste is tangy apple, fruity, bittersweet, with leathery barnyard funk, wood and drying earthy tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry earthy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

75cl bottle from the Ross on Wye cider farm. A great Dabinett, pours a nice clear gold, smooth on the palette, fruity, luscious, moderate tannins, not overpowering in terms of apples but still a lovely light sweet, tart flavour that encapsulates this cider apple pretty well.

From the polypin at the Orchard, Bristol 25/10/09. Hazy gold in colour, with slight carbonation. Musty, dry apple fruit aroma. Flavour was similar, with plenty of tannins, some apple skin and dry, peppery finish. Good.
