lemon meringue and citrus notes with light barrel character. Medium body and bitterness. Funky. Modestly tart. So nice barrel character. Perfectly integrated. Superb

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from BS online. Pours mostly clear honey-gold with a modest, foamy white head. Lightly sweet, pleasant salinity, some lemon, grapefruit, peach, pale wood, nips of grass. Light bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Super clean to finish, lightly tart, lightly drying, more citric tang, quenching salty bite, relaxed funk, background grassy bitterness. Hugely drinkable. Wonderful beer.

Bottle. Burning Sky online. Hazed pale yellow gold. Firm white foam. Lemon and a touch of peach. Fresh oak. Lactose. Mineral. Taste is light tart and mineraly. Fairly clean and fresh. Nicely grassy. Clean lemony bitterness to finish. Good. I can imagine this being one to put away for a while.
